about our firm
Our firm provides organizations the ability to respond to competitive pressures of change in the dynamically changing marketplace. We accomplish this goal by providing consulting services that assist in determining a strategic direction and collaboratively supporting that direction with the appropriate knowledge, training and resources. Our services are linked directly to specific business needs. A comparative cost benefit analysis is utilized at the onset of each consultation, to determine the financial value of our services to your organization.

We believe success begins with strong working relationships with our clients. This means we continue supporting your organization well after the issues and solutions have been determined.
We approach organizations as a complete operating system.
That means that we consider both the technical, political and human resource dimensions that impact the organization.
This makes it possible to offer our clients "beginning-to-end" solutions.  Every organizational assumption is challenged and evaluated for the value it adds to achieving the new strategy.
From this knowledge base, organization architecture, support, administrative systems and key competencies are aligned to the organization's primary value delivery system.
This strategy integrates the phases of transformation into a coherent process. An effective outcome results along with the transfer of knowledge that is essential to effectively execute and sustain change for the long term.
Our client portfolio is managed to reflect diversity across industries, organizational size, geographical location, and the public and private sectors.
This not only enables strict confidentiality and eliminates potential conflicts of interest, but also provides a rich field for continuous learning.
This learning is constantly applied to our client organizations and perpetuates the development of leading edge technologies, which is our core competency.
